Kundalini

The foundation of Kundalini yoga is ancient chants, asanas, mudras, and meditation. The chants are done to lift the energy and to unite us. Kriyas are sequences with active and connected asanas and breathing, and they are the heart of the Kundalini Yoga practice.

In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga the belief is that all humans host the necessary energy for this life - and that this specific practice allows us to access the energy and to set it free.
