Price changes
Yogafactory reserves the right to introduce changes in prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. In the event of errors in the list products or in the price advertised for products, Yogafactory reserves the right to cancel orders with proper notification.
Change of product assortment
Yogafactory reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
Product information
We do our best to make sure that all of the content on our site is correct. However, unintentional errors may occur for which we are not liable.
Under 18 years old?
If you are under the age of 18, the consent of a parent guardian is required to make purchases on the webshop.
Transportation
Most of our items are services, yoga classes, workshops etc. and can therefore not be sent. As for the other items, a pickup at the studio is cheapest, free, but of course we can send to customers. The price for sending depends on the product.
Damage during transportation
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, you should use a method of shipment which is insured as it will otherwise be your responsibility if the package is lost. Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us immediately.
Shopping, shipping and customs
Only customers with a valid European address may place orders in the webshop. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of the European Union.
In terms of payment, we accept credit cards: VISA and Mastercard only. Payment through our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions.
Prices are stated in DKK. Purchases can only be made in DKK.
Membership
When you join our community with monthly, 6 monthly or annual payments, you can access all yoga classes. This does not include workshops, retreats or private sessions. From the day of purchasing you are a member and can book any class. For monthly membership payment is made for the first month plus a prepayment of one month (the prepayment will be used as a final month if you end your membership. The prepayment covers if there for some reason is a problem with your credit card and another card is needed. We will send you a notice, so you can fill in new details.)
As a member you get a 15% discount on most of our products in our shop, as well as some workshops and a discount on certain retreats.
A monthly membership can be set on hold for vacations lasting between 1-3 months, we need notice 1 week prior to the pause. The fee for pausing is 100dkk. The yearly membership can not be set on hold.
Cancellation policy
A booking of a session can be cancelled up to 6 hours before it starts. If you cancel, show up late, or can not make it, your clip card will be deducted a clip. If you are a member we urge you to cancel – even if you can only manage to do so right before the class starts. Cash refunds are not done at Yogafactory. There are no refunds for workshops but if done 7 days in advance another workshop can be chosen.
