Yoga Therapy

In Yoga Therapy we focus on one area of the body in each class. You can expect mobilization, stretching, and strengthening exercises using props and hands-on adjustments. Every movement promotes an overall health and wellbeing in the body and mind by increasing circulation and releasing tension.

There will be moments of discomfort and difficulty, and moments of pure relaxation. You can expect to feel a bit fatigued after the class, but also completely relaxed and rested. It is a great practice to strengthen the connective tissues which in turn supports the joints and muscles.

Always moving with yogic intention, and ending with a restorative Savasana.
